Safety First
At Pellerin's Tubular Service, safety is our top priority.
To ensure safety, we require all new employees to participate in an
intense safety program. Thereafter, they attend mandatory monthly safety
meetings. Safety rules and regulations for both onshore and offshore
are strictly enforced, because at Pellerin's Tubular Service, safety
comes first.
Pellerin's
Safety Program
Pellerin's Tubular Service, Inc. has a very detailed and
meticulous safety program which our employees will adhere to at all
times, whether onshore or offshore .Pellerin's personnel will come prepared
to work safely. All mandatory safety equipment will be in hand before
arriving to the job site. Pellerin's supervisor will report to the operator,
receive his orders, and proceed to complete his job as soon as possible.
Pellerin's supervisors will report any unsafe working conditions to
the operator before resuming services.
Pellerin's aim is to assure the operator that our personnel
takes the first step to meet the safety requirements before arriving
to the job site.
Pollution
Concerns
Pellerin's Tubular takes Pollution very seriously, as
many chemicals are hazardous to health and highly flammable. All Pellerin's
employees, from supervisors to toolpushers are responsible for pollution
control.
We utilize only EPA approved solvents and compounds and we will provide
MDS for disposing of all used chemicals. Our
facility in New Iberia, La has been specially designed to with a
secondary wall that will retain, restrict, and collect any potentially
hazardous or environmentally unfriendly material.
Offshore, Pellerin's is very strict about pollution and
mandates that NO cups, paper, cigarette butts, toothpicks, etc. are
allowed to be thrown overboard in any waters, State or Federal. All
of our personnel must be extremely cautions with liquids especially
those that could cause a "slick". We treat all cleaning solutions
with extreme caution.
